Erik Cuadros is a Staff Accountant at Baker, Chi, and Parkey, where he has been part of the team since 2021. In his role, Erik assists in preparing tax returns and maintaining and adjusting client financial records, providing vital support to individuals and small businesses. His approach to client service centers around listening to clients' concerns and future goals, then developing strategies that will positively impact their financial future.

Erik prefers working with self-employed individuals and small businesses, as he empathizes with clients who may have limited financial experience but big dreams of growing their businesses. As a first-generation college graduate, he understands the challenges of seeking the right tools and information to succeed.

With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4 years of experience, Erik thrives on the variety the accounting field offers. Each client’s situation is unique, and he enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities beyond just the numbers. He is passionate about educating and empowering clients to make both short- and long-term tax planning decisions.

What Erik enjoys most about working at Baker, Chi, and Parkey is the company’s supportive culture, the flexibility of the work schedule, and the open-door policy of management. Outside of work, Erik enjoys nature, hiking, and traveling, and he has a collection of magnets from his trips. Born and raised in Mexico, Erik also taught Mexican Folk Dancing before beginning his career in accounting.
