Daniel Owens is a Staff Accountant at Baker, Chi, and Parkey, where he has been a valued team member since 2019. A CTEC Registered Tax Preparer, Daniel advises clients on significant financial decisions and strategies, performing in-depth financial analyses to support clients in meeting their financial goals. He prepares and reviews complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring thorough compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, Daniel contributes to the development of training programs to help new employees expand their accounting knowledge and skills.

His client approach is rooted in active listening, where he begins by understanding clients' personal and financial goals; from there, he then collaboratively maps out actionable steps to help achieve them. Passionate about working with small businesses, Daniel finds great satisfaction in helping them surpass their dreams and grow to new heights.

Daniel values the close, personalized relationships he builds with clients at Baker, Chi, and Parkey. He holds an accounting degree from California State University, Fresno, and embraces lifelong learning, always expanding his knowledge and sharing insights with others.
