Andrew joined Baker, Chi & Parkey in January of 2015 and became a Principle at the firm in 2021.  He is a California State University, Fresno graduate, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  Andrew is skilled in individual, sole proprietorship, small business, and property tax preparation, tax planning and projections, as well as audits and reviews for not-for-profit organizations.
